Center for Conflict Resolution: Mediation Training

We know many of you have been inquiring about the mediation training and now we finally have an answer to provide you with. Below is the message written to all students interested in learning more about this training, which was provided to us by Charm Tuazon.

Hello everyone!

I am delighted to let you all know that the Center for Conflict Resolution will be having a Basic Mediation Training for students on campus from April 27-29, 2012. The fee to take the course is only $35.00. The deadline to pay for basic mediation training is on April 20, 2012. This will be a first come first serve basis, so PLEASE sign up ASAP on OrgSync. If you are interested in this opportunity, log onto your OrgSync and add ‘Center for Conflict Resolution‘ to your portal. Once you are part of the portal, you will be able to receive important emails on the upcoming course, as well as other opportunities to expand your knowledge on mediation. You will be able to pay through OrgSync starting Wednesday, April 11. The training will be taught on La Sierra University campus. The itinerary schedule is as follows:

April 27 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
April 28: 7:00 PM- 10:00 PM
April 29: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Further details on the exact location where this training will take place will come at a later time. Please let all your friends know about this amazing opportunity.

If you are wanting to retrieve a certification on Basic Mediation training, you will have to complete the online course on Blackboard. This will only be accessed once you have paid for your tuition.
