Description of the position

The Learning and Development intern will participate in various projects for the Learning and
Development department, such as the University of Panda Project.

This position provides project support to ensure tasks and activities are supporting research project
requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage current data sources as well as researching new data
  • Analyze data to identify trends, verify validity, or to help answer specific client requests related to the projects, both internal and external
  • Create and maintain reports of research activities
  • Assist project leaders and team members with preparation of slides, presentations, daily
  • updates, and other office administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for the restaurant and/or food business
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work under little supervision, takes initiative and follows through
  • Analytic skills and intellectual curiosity
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
